If you’re like me, you have
a nice breakfast but somehow are still hungry after 2 hours. One of my favorite
breakfast drinks is a spinach banana smoothie. This smoothie consists of:

Half frozen banana
Spoonful of plain yogurt
Splash of milk (I use soy milk)
Tablespoon of peanut butter
Handful of spanish
Two pineapple rings (optional)
Blend together and enjoy. You’ll feel fuller in no time. Great
source of nutrients too!
