For New Englanders we all can agree we love the four seasons. The cold months are approaching which means flu season is around the corner. One precaution I take is drinking tea. Who would have thought different teas has different benefits?

- Black Tea: Fresh Breath
- Ginger Tea: Headaches
- Green Tea: Overall Health Benefits
- Nettle Tea: Allergies
- Peppermint Tea: Constipation
